This is my wetsuit sitting in the bottom of my shower. being lucky enough to live so close to the ocean I can run up the track to my house after sufing and jump straight into the warmth of the shower. Most importantly its crucial to hang the suit up to dry so when you get up at 6am the next morning you wont be getting into a wet wetsuit, yuk.

Here is some of the rubbish scattered in an alleyway where we are allowed to park when we are working. We rung up the council to see if they would come and remove it. They said it was the responsibility of the owner of the building/land. We rung up the owner and they said they would sort something out, which the haven't. Therefore nothing has been done. So essentially the responsibility is now ours or is it? We see it every day and we know it is there. Ownership and pride is working against us. Sometimes you've got to stop moaning about something and sort it out yourself. Any thoughts on this?

Jeremy has commited his body to a few tattoes, this one on his arm is absolutely superb. I'm not much of a tattoe person but if a tattoe is well thought out and suits the person fashioning it then it can be quite something. Jeremy said when he sees another person with an amazing tattoe all he really wants to do is get them to take there clothes off and inspect their tattoes. Any excuse is a good excuse.

We have been lucky enough to get all this Organic food, the taste and texture is incredible. When I was young I'm sure tomatoes and speghetti used to taste exactly like this. I'm worried that our food has been messed with so much we can't even recognise it.
My girlfriend gave a friend a dozen eggs from the chickens in her back yard. When Sarah asked the friend if she enjoyed the eggs the friend said she threw the eggs out as the yolks where to yellow.

What Captain Taylor possibly said after he landed his boat on the beach of Otautahi thinking it was Lyttleton. "Blymmy Charlie, I thought they would have at least built some sort of jetty, I might mention something to the harbour master. Any ideas on how we're going to get the piano over to Heathcote, the track is bearly fit for a goat let alone a horse and cart. Damn this scurvey is itchy."

Made right here in New Zealand against all odds. Not only that Maree is working after hours at her own choice, talk about minority. I'm starting to worry about the direction of my Country. Lets not forget why our great Grand dadies and Grandmas migrated to New Zealand. We are a bunch of people that can do things for ourselves and for each other. Don't let our quality of life abuse the situation in other parts of the planet.

Here's a classic example of New Zealand cuisine and the second phase of the procession. After driving the fish and chips home they will then be placed on the floor. The main meal is traditionally inhanced with tomatoe sauce. If your lucky the chips can be wrapped in white bread coated in butter creating a chip buttie. Yum!

A while ago I was biking in the city and a girl with a foreign accent said to me from her car. "The roads are made for cars not bikes" and she suggested that I didn't bike on the road. I was so shocked by the coment I couldnt get a word out, she then drove past and blasted me with the poison from her car. This is a crazy attitude that is quite prevalent in Christchurch which makes commuting on a bike a risky business.

He was pretty lucky as we braked in time to avoid a huge impact, we skidded about 15 meters and hit the back of his bike. The boy has a huge bruise down his leg, it could possibly be broken. I wonder if any of my friends haven't been in a road accident?

My experience of landscape has come from the intensity that is necessary for climbing and the way I understand its nature while I'm trying to surf. Tramping, skiing hunting whatever it maybe the pace is to fast for New Zealands natural landscape and its simplicity. It is often missed through the speed of life that starts from living in a city. Multi tasking is over rated.
